One of the ladies participating in the quilt along commented that there was a lot of "white" in the quilt, so I opted to use the solids that were in the layer cake for these two backgrounds. I made the tiny pinwheel cause I could. I don't have a clue what I'll do with it, but it sure is cute.
I almost finished the crayon tote for the Boy:
I got about halfway through the crayon tote for Muffin:
And I cut and pieced the borders for one of the Carolina Christmas Throws.
All in all, a good night!
Hi Krisin!! I got your "squishie" package in the mail today and I am just THRILLED! Thank you so much for the goodies....
ReplyDeleteThe bird fabric is perfect since I am really enjoying hearing the birds chirping in the morning now that spring is here.
Not sure what I'll do with it, but it would be a great back for a small quilt, or a hanging sleeve would be pretty too! I'll find a place for it!
Thanks for the orphans as well!
Bonnie
Love the pinwheels, maybe you could use the little ones on the bag, or to make up little sewing/needle books?
ReplyDeleteYou have been busy....I also love chocolate like in hersheys bars...I don't have any one around that I have to hide them from.Trish
